The University Technology and applied science – Ibra branch organized an educational trip on November 8, 2023, for its students of Accounting and Finance specialization to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) with the aim to broaden the students' horizons and enhance their understanding of the importance of investment in the modern economy.

During the visit, the students were given an introductory overview of the CMA and its role in regulating and supervising the securities market. A variety of investment instruments available in the securities market were presented to the students, including stocks, bonds, and exchange-traded funds. The students were introduced to the nature of each investment instrument, its potential risks, and benefits. The visit ended with the question and answer session where the CMA members provided information to the students regarding investment tips, market volatility, goal setting etc.
