Mrs Tharayya Al Harthi and Miss Jawaher Al Hajri, Lecturers from College of Economics and Business Administration, UTAS-Ibra participated in Continuing Professional Development Program named Eshraqa from 4th December 2022 to 6th December 2022 which was conducted by the Social Development Arm of Khimji Ramdas Training Institution in association with Ministry of Higher Education.

The training program consisted Interactive lectures, Research instruments, Experiential learning exercises, Role-plays, Group discussion, Skill practice techniques etc. The teaching techniques and strategies like Teacher Talk Time (TTT), ADDIE, Bloom taxonomy and learning styles were discussed during the session. The speakers were from Education and industry field alike with vast knowledge and experience.
