On the 14th of June 2021, the Department of Engineering held a workshop on the Development of Practical Skills in the Use of DBMS Software.
As a Backend, DBMS is used in the student's project so an understanding of RDBMS is required. RDBMS is the backbone of any industry that uses data, such as finance, automation, and business. As a result, the students received hands-on Oracle instruction throughout this course. Dr.Amjad Ali gave an introduction to the part, in which he addressed the practical uses of DBMS and DDL commands
Mr. Mujeebudheen Khan began the subject with an explanation of the Oracle software and DML instructions. Mr.Haji Ali and Mr.Glenn aided the students in finishing and debugging the queries. Practical tasks were offered to the students to assist them in solving complex problems. The queries where practically answered. The students were given handouts, and the session concluded with a feedback session. Mr.Mujeebudheen Khan, Dr.Amjath Al, Mr.Haji Ali, and Mr.Glenn coordinated the event.
