The UTAS-HSEC conducted an awareness program tilted General Electrical Safety for staff and students in the University Main Hall.

The event was held in line with the committee’s envisaged aim to shed light on electrical safety measures among the stake holders. Mr. V. Loganathan, Lecturer and Mr. Rajababu Natarajan, Technical Instructor at Engineering department led the session.

Dr. Abdullah Khalfan Al Azri, Chairman- UTAS-HSEC and Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs inaugurated the event. Dr. Yousuf Khamis Al Mabsali, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs presented the mementos to the presenters. The session was attended by different staff members from varied department across the campus.

Mr. Y. Vicknesh Kumar, UTAS-HSEC coordinator and Mr. Nawaz Khan, Member-UTAS-HSEC coordinated the event.
