Workshop on Literature Review and Referencing was conducted by the Department of Business Studies for the Students perusing their Senior/Graduation Project on 11th Feb. 2020 at 12:00 Noon in BS111.

Dr. Anil Kumar Kanamarlapudi and Dr. Salma Al Naamani from the Business Department were the resource person for the session. Dr. Anil Kumar Kanamarlapudi`s session on literature review emphasized on understanding the meaning of Literature review, its definitions, Literature search, analysis, synthesis and evaluation.

He also elaborated the summary of Literature review by making students understand its relevance in Conceptual & Empirical Literature. Several examples and templates of literature review from various journals were discussed during the session.

Dr. Salma Al Naamani the second resource person for the day directed the students to understand the meaning and importance of referencing. Her talk demonstrated several ways to use referencing in practical terms with the help of Google Scholar and Google Books.

The session concluded by clarifying the doubts of students on the discussed topics.
