Industrial Link Committee(ILC) of IT Department conducted a guest lecture On 05/03/2019 at ICT main hall.

Mr. V. Meikandamurthy, Senior Manager, Network & Information Security, Bhawan IT LLC, delivered the lecture on the importance of “Digital forensics”.

In this present age of cybercrime, the importance of Digital Forensics is very important in solving online and offline crimes and thefts. The speaker clearly outlined how computers were used in solving crimes through online and offline methods. He also explained how investigation of all devices capable of storing digital dataware important in investigations.

Around 50 students from all levels benefited from the program. The students were also motivated by the speaker by organizing an online quiz using Kahoot and also handed over mementos to them.
