Specialization choice induction program for the students in Engineering Department was conducted on Tuesday 11th June 2019 from 12.00 to 2.00PM at the ELC Main Hall

Specialization choice induction program was exclusively conducted for Diploma first year students who are eligible to move second year specialization. Dr. Hasin Alam welcomed the students and briefed the importance of the specialization induction program. The program was conducted to inform the students about how to choose from different specializations, course audits, career prospects, different specializations available in ICT and other CTs with levels. This session enabled the students to clarify Specialization Allotment Mechanism and how to fill the specialization form. The students were given booklets (having all information) to give more information on Specialization. All doubts were clarified and queries were answered by staffs. Staffs involved in the session were DR Hasin Alam,DR Ayaz Ahmad,MR Iqbal and MR Saji Paul.

The session ended with an open discussion to clarify about the opportunities available for the different specializations in Oman for the students. Also feedback from students were taken.
