As a part of the activities of the Entrepreneurship classes, a workshop on Innovative Idea Generation and World Latest Innovations was conducted with no less than the Head of Business Department, Dr. Habiba AL-Mughairi as the speaker on May 14, 2019 at the College Main Hall.

It was attended by more or less 100 students registered in Entrepreneurship and some staff. It was also graced by the presence of the College Dean and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.

The workshop aimed to assist students in coming up with a new business idea which they need in the preparation of their Business Plan. Among the ideas presented are Smart Baby Stroller, Exercise Equipment while Washing Clothes, Wooden and Eatable straws, Ball Fire Extinguisher, Smart Campus with face recognition, Food package with tracking codes, Delivery Robots. Also she presented Hyperloop transportation technology like flying taxi, future buses and Amazon Delivery through drones etc.

The workshop was excellent and appreciated by the attendees. The workshop is an innovative step towards the growth of the entrepreneurial unit of the college.
