The Student Society of IT department and Industrial link committee (OJT) conducted discussion session titled “Innovation and Entrepreneurship”.

The speaker of this program was Mr. Salim AL Habsi. He is an inventor and has more than 6 patents. The purpose of this program was to give an understanding and importance of the concept “Innovation”.

This session helped students on converting idea into innovation and encouraged them to start their own business on innovations. 32 students from all departments attended this program.

According to the feedback, students would like to attend this type of session, due to influences on their thinking through seeing other people's experiences.
