A library is a collection of information, sources, resources, and services, and the structure in which it is housed: it is organized for use and maintained by a public body, an institution, or a private individual. The library plays an important role in college life, it strives to support the educational program by providing various materials for courses and research.

The library as a learning tool for college operations will uplift the educational quality of teaching and extent supports to the curriculum whose main objective is to provide excellent learning resources for students, and encourage students to develop their skills.

Ibra College of Technology maintains one of the important resources – the College Library. The ICT Library supports learning, teaching and research in the college, thus, helping its patrons to acquire more knowledge and for the student in gathering information needed to complete their academic requirements.

The library consists of a number of books and references in supporting the different specializations of the college: Information Technology, Business Studies, Natural Sciences (Mathematics), Applied Sciences (Engineering), References Books, Literature, Books in Arabic language.
