Centre Committees

This committee is primarily responsible for record management of the college resources and equipment, generating relevant reports, monitoring resource allocation and movement for tracking purposes, conducting barcode checking and resource auditing, and ensuring stock availability.

This committee is primarily responsible for improving the structure and format of the college forms, coordinate such concerns regarding communication file management, ensuring the effective use of college IP phones, providing services for SMS and Webmail, and coordinating with the Technocrats articles, contents, and layout design.

This committee is primarily responsible for providing the needed resources of any requested events by the staff and students, posting of related information about the scheduled events through college website and TV display, and preparing reports related to event management.

This committee is primarily responsible for identifying the hardware requirements of the college resources such as computer, high-tech equipment, and other peripheral devices, performing technical assessment with recommendations concerning hardware specification, and monitoring and preparing reports concerning toner consumption.

This committee is primarily responsible for formulating and implementing departmental research strategy, ensuring effective implementation of policies and establishment of procedures in the centre, and conducting internal audit, risk management, and benchmarking with other educational institutions.

This committee is primarily responsible for facilitating training programs for the students and ensuring the effective use of Library Management System, SAC Library System, E-Libray, Ebrary, and Moodle to support the learning needs in the college.

This committee is primarily responsible for developmental studies, requirements analysis, and implementation of various projects related to IT hardware and software, server and network, event management, and other projects which the centre might be involved.

This committee is primarily responsible for identifying the network requirements of the college resources such as servers, network components, and other networking devices, performing technical assessment with recommendations concerning server and network specification, and monitoring and preparing reports concerning network consumables.

This committee is primarily responsible for providing software resources, performing content management for the college website, and ensuring effective utilization of different software developed by the centre.

This committee is primarily responsible for providing technical consultation and services through phone and on-site assistance, troubleshooting laptop technical problems, maintaining domain accounts, and performing hardware, software, and network configurations such as wireless connection.

This committee is primarily responsible for preparing report on staff appraisal, conducting training and workshops, and organizing the awards and recognition program for the centre.
