Objectives

The primary objective of the Risk Management Committee (RMC) is to:

  • Oversee the identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks.
  • Maintain an effective Risk Management System with relevant risk infrastructure - Policies, procedures, and methods to communicate about risks and the effectiveness of risk management across the entire organization
  • Foster an appropriate risk culture.
  • Review crisis management plans of the organization.
