The course focus also on the different types of legal issues that student will encounter most frequently when s/he enter the business world and start dealing with several parties such as government, stockholders, competitors, employees and the public

  1. Describe and appreciate the elements and divisions of business law.
  2. Comprehend legal environment of business entities.
  3. Analyze the nature and formation of companies.
  4. Interpret the Omani labor laws.
  5. Differentiate between other business laws (governing foreign trade, banking and security market)
  6. Analyze legal issues and problems that organizations might face and suggest solutions
  7. Compare between Omani business laws and international laws.
  8. Study real organizations cases related to the area of laws.
