Goal To provide a solid understanding of the art of compensation practice and its role in promoting companies competitive advantages
The course will enable students to examine the context of compensation practice, the criteria used to compensate employees, compensations system design issues, and contemporary challenges that employers face in designing compensation systems The students should be able to:
