The Department of Engineering is headed by Dr. Faris Salman Majeed Al-Naimy, and ably supported by well qualified and experienced lecturers and industry-experienced technical support staff in various fields of specialization.

The department is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities coupled with carefully-designed course programs specifically tailored to give students the skills and training required to meet the demands of the labor market.

Currently, the department is offering programs in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Engineering.
