Quality Assurance
The Terms of Reference of the Quality Assurance Unit are as follows:
- To supervise the development of the Strategic plan
- To ensure college level planning is consistent with strategic plan
- To monitor the progress of departments /centre’s in implementing plans
- To disseminate a culture of quality and excellence in work this is consistent with Islamic teachings
- To submit recommendations to the CC on Quality Audit reports
- To work and coordinate with Quality assurance department (QAD) of MOMP to achieve standards in quality assurance
- To organize training on QA activities
- To collect necessary documents from all department / centre
- To review college forms
- To conduct Internal Quality Audits for all departments of ICT and submit reports to College Council
- To prepare and submit relevant reports to the College Council
- To prepare comprehensive periodic reports in the various QA activities and submit to Directorate of Technical Education with a copy furnished to QAD (through the Office of the Dean)
