Annually, 200 university students from the Gulf Region attend this conference. BUMUN goal is to help them to become good global citizens.
This year the conference was held on 29th and 30th November 2012 in the Crown Plaza Hotel Bahrain. There were 10 training sessions for participants in the 8th BUMUN program. A total of 200 students from 20 universities took part as delegates and administration staff. The training sessions were held by the MUN advisor, Ms. Doris Martin, who first initiated this program.
In the 8th BUMUN program, Mr. Omar Mohammed Rashid al Araimi was a representative from Ibra College of Technology. According to his feedback, he has really enjoyed being the part of 8th BUMUN program and would suggest the program to other students of ICT.
